Recently, we successfully installed 25 dock levelers for a large logistics and warehousing center in Feixian, Linyi City, Shandong Province. This customer mainly handles parcel reception and distribution for major courier companies such as SF Express and Yunda Express, with a daily shipping volume exceeding one million parcels across various regions of Shandong.
Before the installation, there was a significant height difference between the loading docks and the arriving trucks. As a result, goods had to be manually carried, leading to inefficiency, increased labor costs, and higher operational risks.
With the installation of the dock levelers, seamless docking between the loading bays and trucks was achieved. Forklifts can now directly load goods onto trucks or unload goods from trucks into the warehouse, significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing manual labor requirements.
The installation is nearing completion, and the customer has expressed great satisfaction with both the performance of the equipment and the quality of our service.
